Standards
The
factory achieved Higher Level Accreditation from EFSIS at the first
attempt. We are fully committed to maintaining our EFSIS status
and to applying those standards to our cold store service. We were
awarded the Higher Level Certificate of Conformity for the processing
of peas, bean and other seasonal vegetables.
We
have certification from the Food Standards Agency (Scotland) under
the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 The Poultry
Meat, Farmed Game Bird Meat and Rabbit Meat (Hygiene and Inspection)
Regulations 1995.
We
are also approved by Scottish Borders Council by the Food Safety
(Fishery Products and Live Shellfish) (Hygiene) Regulations 1998
Code (BD 038 FE).
